While attempting to clean my new OlyArms carbine I had a problem removing the ejector. The roll pin was extremely tight in the bolt. I finally managed to get it out and discovered that the roll pin hole seems undersized. NO WAY the original roll pin or another new roll pin is gonna fit into it. None of the other ARs I've owned ever had this problem. Any tips for a DIY fix or should I take a trip out to OlyArms?

Ok...  Sinclair makes a tool for doing ejectors.  Its never needed unless something really extreme happens.  A trip to Oly is recommended.

Why did you remove the ejector in the first place?  You never remove the ejector unless something is wrong.  It is not something you remove for cleaning.

Jeez, I've always disassembled and cleaned the bolt every once in a while. I like to check out everything thoroughly in the nice warm, dry, well lit shop just in case of little SNAFUs like this one. Especially with new equipment.  It's much better now, by the way.
