I have an M4gery with a barrel that was mounted by my base armorer while I was still Active in the Marines. The problem is, the rifle fires far right so I have to adjust my iron sights almost all the way to the left. I didn't notice how big the problem was with my Aimpoint but I recently attached back up iron A2 style sights and noticed the problem.

Any idea's?

From what I've here in the past your barrel is most likely incorrectly torqued.

I thought that might be the problem? Anything I can do to rectify the issue?

Check to see if the front sight tower isn't canted to the left.  It doesn't have to be off by much more than just a couple degrees for it to shoot to the right quite a bit.  Mount the rifle in something that will allow you to level the rifle using a simple bubble level across the carry handle.  Once you have established that the rifle is level, place the bubble level across the front sight tower to see if it's off.

Either the front sight tower is bent/canted or the barrel isn't aligned at TDC with the upper receiver.  I briefly described onemethod to determine if it's the front sight or not because most likely that will be the problem.  If the barrel isn't located TDC like it should be then your best off letting an armorer take a look at it.

I don't think it's canted but I'll take a look.
