Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Is the rear takedown pin hole on an upper supposed to be off center?

Pretty sure it's supposed to be slightly oversized compared to the front hole per the milspec print, but is the rear hole supposed to be slightly off center too?

Just checked the Gen 2 PSA .308 sitting next to me and yes, the hole in the uppers rear "lug" is slightly off center. The .223 PSA next to me looks centered.....If that's what you're referring too.
