I could not get my My B5 systems trigger guard set screw to engage. My 1/16 allen wrench seemed just a bit to big. I filed the allen wrench a little bit with sand paper but I still couldn't get it to work.

I used a random brass screw that I had laying around.

Question...

What type or size screw should I buy at lowes to replace the brass screw? I probably could eye ball it... But though I would asked first.

Instead of buying new screws... I'd buy a new trigger guard.

DOA "pinless" trigger guard. I've used 3 of these already and I'll never use anything else for TG builds. They use snap pins (same as mil spec front pin, but at the rear corners as well). Easy in, easy out. Pins/screws are so 5 years ago. Go pinless.

This is the kit,

But maybe your bolts came with metric head Allen sockets.
Hence would bank that a 1.5mm allen wrench fits the bolt head sockets like a glove isntead.

You could be right. I don't have any metric Allen wrenches.

Thanks for the info
