Went and shot my sbr yesterday, and it seems as if I'm getting ejecter/extractor swipes, colt 10.3 with .70 gas port, h buffer  standard colt buffer spring, colt bcg.  Multiple kinds of 5.56 did it. Would going to a h2 buffer help prevent early unlocking if that's what's happening?
Various ammo brands, xm193, pmc 5.56 m855, ssa 77gr, zqi m855.

Here's a few pictures of the case head,  maybe a little swiping is normal but I have never noticed it before.

Carbine gas systems are hard on brass. A heavier buffer will help. The rifle tries to eject the fired case before it has time to contract after being fired.

Your primers look fine.

Yes, if that's the problem, then a heavier buffer could help.  Going too heavy might prevent cycling with weaker ammo or at all.

I've seen this before to various degrees.  It's certainly not unheard of....most people probably don't realize if it's happening or not...
