My last item added was a PRI SPR full rail......the two front mounting screw holes do not align up with the PRI Gen 3 forearm....off just a tad!

What did I do wrong?

If it is off only a very little, then loosen the screws on the rail section and move the rail slightly to align it where you want it, then retighten the screws.  If it is way off, the recheck the indexing of your barrel nut, as it is probably off center, and pushing the gas tube to one side in addition to being off center to properly index the tube.

The RRI SPR rail will not move back enough to align the front mounting holes to align properly for the 2 screws that fix the Rail to the bottom Rail on the Forearm.

No problem with gas tube.......

Use a set of calibers and measure the distance from the top rail to each side rail on the PRI tube.  Are the side rails the same distance from the to rail, as they should be?  If the side rails check out in comparison to the top rail, then I would then go back and check the barrel nut alignment.  If you have the barrel nut properly indexed so the top hole (for the gas tube to pass through) is perfectly centered straight up at 12:00, and the gas tube free floats through that hole (meaning it doesn't touch either side of the hole in the barrel nut) and the rail is still off where you cannot loosen the screws in the rail and slightly shift the rail over for alignment, then I would suggest you contact Precision Reflex to see if it's possible that you have a bad tube.  We have used truck loads of these on our Grail & Excalibur rifles, and have never had a bad one, but maybe you got one.
