Hi All,
I have a Harris swivel bipod mounted to my WOA upper but what happens after a few shots is the bipod comes off the rifle and the thumb screw that secures the bipod to the upper receiver is still tight. When I put the  bipod on the upper I always make sure the thumb screw is as tight as I can get it, but the bipod still comes off, and as I've said the thumb screw is still tight, Im just woundering if maybe the swivel stud the bipod attaches to on the upper  may be too long? Any help on this will be greatly appriciated.

It might help if you take a picture of how it's mounted to the gun.

I don't have a camera readily available, but it's a typical Harris swivel bipod, it has two arms and on those arms there is a small  tit on each one. Those tits go into the hole of the swivel stud, and as the thumb screw on the bipod is tightened it draws the bipod tight against the for-arm of the upper. I guess the best way to explain it is that the bipod attaches to the upper in the same manner as a bipod would attach to a bolt rifle with sling studs.

Your problem is the the bipod needs to tighten up snug to the rifle. The contour of the handguard isn't letting that happen.
