I just install the CA legal bullet button on my AR and now my mags wont latch into place. They worked fine with the so called illegal release. Anyone else come across this?

And note that the smaller replacement spring installs after the button/under the small center screw, and not under the large button like you would with a standard release button. It also help to put a drop of Blue loctite on the very end of the slot threaded tip side of the bolt so once its screwed in to flush out with the tip of the threaded side of the catch threads, the inner bolt will not back off from hard use. |
