[ARCHIVED THREAD] - gap between upper and lower

dont know if this is a major issue or not -- just never had one with this kind of gap between the upper and lower back near the buttstock -- sorry for the crappy picture but hopefully you can see enough to get the idea of what im saying -- is this an issue to worry about?

also tried it on another upper i have and same small gap -- it fits tight on both uppers no slop or anything just the small gap

okay well after doing some research i think its okay -- the gap is between .030 to .035 -- just sort of freaked me out had a gap like that and have had several ar's ---- but if i am wrong and it is an issue pls respond -- lol

They can vary, but there is normally a tiny gap. Nothing to worry about.
