I bought this psa upper a few months ago and haven't really shot it until recently. I have tried 2 different lowers and 5 different pmags. I keep having ftf just about 100% of the time. Here are some pictures to help diagnose the issue. Thanks in advance.

Would help to see if the end of the barrel feed ramps have edge burs that may be catching the bullet tip on loading, but you are pulling the charging handle all the way back, then releasing it so the B/C runs forward full speed for the strip????  If it/s barrel ramp burs, then the tips will have the tell tale signs of burs with the gauging cause on going forward.

The upper looks pretty dry, so have you correctly cleaned it and CLP lubed it as well, including the Buffer parts?

I can't see the mag button, but are you sure that you have the threaded section of the mag catch flush with the face of the mag release button?

Also, where the B/C is stopping/locking up, could be that that the problem is the Hammer catching the FP collar as the entire B/C if moving forward instead, and what is locking up the B/C at that point.  When you get this jam, can you use the Forward assist to get the B/C to move any more forward??

It gouges the bullet pretty good, I can pull the charging handle back again and release, it usuallly will chamber after the second time. I checked the mag release button, on both lowers.

Photo on the gouge bullet tip so we can see which way it being gouged please, hence if during loading, or the extracting instead.

Also, better photo of the feed ramps so we can check for edge burs.

I had one of mine doing the same thing... Oiled it up a little more and it ran great... Yours looks dry to me... Oil it up and try it again.

Do i need to oil the feedramps? Its not getting scratched from ejecting. It digs straight into the feedramps and puts 2 significant gouges in the bullet. i'll try to get better pictures of the feedramp and bullet pictures, If it is a burr on the feedramp, what would be the best way to fix it?

Lube is crucial there. I doubt it is all of your problem, but it definitely won't hurt.
