I have a Milazzo-Krieger trigger that is over 12years old.  Now,during rapid fire, the trigger does not reset properly; I have to pull the trigger twice similar to a set trigger off.  The trigger works properly when I load each round singly.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When all else fails, pull the FCG to clean and re-lube it before reinstalling it (pins to channels).

Best bet now, trigger pin and trigger pin channel dry/ packed full of crap, and why the trigger does not want to return on it's own.

Also, after you reinstall it, double check the second stage set point.  With 12 years of use, can see the primary sear and hammer sear shelf as having a tad bit of wear, and may have lost the second stage increase tension stack point right before further trigger touch/hammer release.

Thanks for the reply.

Have cleaned the trigger but not the pins or pin holes.  Will clean them.

How would you fix this problem?

New disco spring if needed, and reset the disco so it applies the correct tension just before the hammer releases from the primary sear.
