I have a panther 20 inch ar15 a2 and when I shoot I can hear the spring through the stock is this normal or is this an issue with the buffer if so how can I correct it

Uncooked bacon strips work great to damp the spring noise.  The lube is already built-in too!

Basically just get used to it.  Some people have even put a little bit of grease on the spring to "dampen" some noise.

Yeah, my bad fellas. I got too excited pushing buttons last night, and tried without sucess to draw that round back.
