got a replacement bolt(a del-ton no name) and am getting a stuck case inside between the charging handle and bolt plus a new round trying to feed in from below it.The bolt gas rings are super tight inside the carrier.I have manually charged the carrier/bolt about a hundred times and the bolt is loosening up some.I have changed out the bolt with another and it ran flawless.

Basically is it just tight gas rings that need breaking in or over sized rings that need replacing. My arm is getting tired of hand charging it.LOL

Ring channel may be tight, the ejector may be binding, and even the extractor may have a weak spring and bur city as well.

A bit of polishing and deburing on these areas may solve the problem, or just send it back and have it replaced with one that does work.
