so i ordered a new vltor emod stock and took my old reg col. off and it was a little tight going on but now its stuck it will not move period and will not adjust any help please

Did you order the correct size for your buffer tube?
Will the lever on the stock move at all?

the lever moves....it may be the wrong stock for the buffer guy told me the buffer was mil spec and i ordered the mil spec stock any ideas?

If it's a complete factory CMMG lower the tube should be mil-spec.
If it's a build, there's not telling what it is.
I agree with the poster above. Shoot some silicone spray on it and try to move it. Also, pull the lever down and try to remove the stock.

On the buffer tube itself:
Is the very end angled slightly? If so it is Commercial. This is the easiest way to tell.
