My brass seems to fly forward at 45º or so. How can I make them eject at a nice 90º staight into my brass catcher? My ejector spring has the o-ring btw.

Check #34. Says for AR10, but applies to AR15's too. |

I run a heavy extractor spring with the "Black" bumper on a Full auto carrier and a "H" Buffer on all my M4's. The guns eject at 3 oclock or 90 degrees with full power M193 ammo and the guns have very little felt recoil.
I find the O ring gives too much extractor tension. Just keep up with Extractor spring changes. I have even seen Brass "Smearing" on the front of the bolt and Extractor caused by the O Ring. The O ring gives extra tension for when the spring gets tired. Good if your going long streches between maintenice intervals. |
