I just completed my first build.Turned out great! I was able to break it in the other day with no issues what so ever. NO FTF or FTE. When cleaning I notied that the ST-T2 buffer from Spikes Tactical had some wear on it from the BCG hitting it. The buffer is painted and I think that it may just be from the BCG rubbing off the paint. Jsut wondering if this is normal?

Yeah....BCG's hit buffers. Its what they do , its why the buffer exists...to buffer. Wear on the finish is perfectly ok.

Not uncommon and some will simply show wear more than others.  As long as your not getting impact marks from the carrier hitting the buffer retaining detent, your probably seeing wear from a sharp edge or burr on the rear of the carrier.  I built up a BCG last night and had to clean up a few spots as shown here.
