Ok - I built like 6 uppers, never a lower, but in any case, the latest:

Armalite 16" Upper - actually Eagle Arms.  Had a carbine length YHM rail and gee it is a midlength

So I go with a YHM Diamond FF, low pro GB and put it all together, with liberal amounts of lock-tite.

Bam - one shot, bolt doesn't cycle.  Ok - so after putting at least 6 GB/GB/BUIS combinations on different uppers, I never had this happen, but figured maybe I was due.  Pulled it apart, lined it up - bam - same thing?  Moved it all over - same thing.

I am taking it apart and will put on the old GB on and bet it will be fine.  So I am left with the YHM low profile GB as the culprit - unless I have it backwards (pretty unlikely, but possible).

Anyone ever have any trouble with a GB - a YHM one?

When I take it apart, I will mic the holes distance to see it it adds up.

Also, look up the bottom screw hole to confirm that the gas tube entry hole is aligned with the block passage,

Found out that the tube entry hole was not pointing down to the barrel, but up towards nada. I took it apart and put it back together last night before I read the reply, but you had it.  Thanks.
