I wasn't sure where to post this. I took my brand new Stag to the range today. It jammed 4 different times on Hornady V-Max with the red tip. It would snag on the soft tip and hang up. Anybody else have this problem with these. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

No feed ramps?  I heard of someone else with the exact same problem, but using SPH ammo.

I had ordered one, but after realizing no ramps, I went with Titan Armory instead.

Whos magazine?  Filled to what capacity when jams occurred?
Number all magazines with a marker, note mags with problems and fix or discard them.
You need to send a couple hundred rounds thru to break in rifle anyway.

Here is an update. Received my free Stag magazine they forgot to send with the order. The follower on Stags magazine is alot longer than Barrett magazines. The Stag fed perfectly no jams. Then I used the Barrett, it jammed after 5 rounds..This may be a stupid question, but do you think Stag just sells the follower so I can replace in all 6 of my Barrett mags. Thanks for any help I can get.

M4 ramps are pretty much mandatory with the 6.8; I wouldn't consider an upper without them. But if you feel up to the task, you can Dremel in your own.
