I was cleaning my AR and noticed the FSB is loose, It wiggles sideways about 1/16 inch. The pins had worked out a bit, I punched them back in but they were way too easy to punch back and ist still wiggles side to side. Are there over sized pins or maybe a nut and bolt that I can use to tighten it back up. I also noticed while I was cleaning the outside of the barrel, that it had powder residue around the area of the FSB.

tap out one of the pins and measure it or the hole.  Buy two numbered drill bits that are .003" oversized, cut off the shafts, and press them in.

a #30 drill bit will give you a  +/- .0035" interference fit in a 1/8" hole.

Sorry I hadn't check this thread in a while. I ended measuring one of the pins and it turned out they weren't tapered. I replaced them with tapered pins from DPMS and all is fine now.
