I bought a Full Auto BCG from POF for my 16" semi-auto AR-15.  I am having a problem with my rifle cycling, the rifle will shoot the first round, eject the casing but will not chamber the next round I have to manually pull the charging handle back and chamber the round it shoots the second round, ejects the casing but does not chamber the next round. When I place the standard BCG the rifle works flawless.

perhaps describing the problem will make people more inclined to help.

Sounds like your a short stroking.  Question why fix it, if it's broken?

What type of rifle is it?
What type of buffer do you have in your rifle?
What length is your buffer spring?

It is an RRA, with a standard buffer

Got to ask,

Are you using a piston B/C in a gas system rifle?

Does the carrier pass a 45* free drop test in the upper, hence the carrier key is not binding on the upper track?

There are gas rings installed on the bolt, and although the rings will pass a serviceability test, the bolt does move semi freely in the carrier?

You have checked the hammer/disco/sear for sights of hammer wedging when the carrier moves back?

If it is a replacement BCG for your RRA ar-15, is it stamped with an "H" on the side of the BCG? If you do then this BCG will not work in a semi only rifle, according to Chris at POF this "H" carrier is a "HEAVY" carrier and was designed for full-auto AR's to slow down the cycle rate, much like a heavier buffer will? I purchsed this same one and encountered the same problem. Unfortunatly POF would not do anything for me and I was out 200.00.
