New S&W Ar-15 (approx 150 rds) with new Magpul p-mag, Wolf ammo.  Double feed, with a live round jammed between the bolt, and the charging handle. Can not remove the round by pulling the charging handle, they bolt and bolt carrier are wedged together with the charging handle due to the live round.

Picture below.

Any advice on removal, or is this best left with a gunsmith under warranty?  Thanks.

The pic isn't coming up.

What I have done to clear really bad jams, is to remove the magazine, and put the buttstock on the top of a solid bench or on the floor (muzzle pointing straight up).  Be very, very careful with there being a live round in there, and keep clear of the muzzle at all times (which I'm sure you know, but someone would have corrected me if I don't post that).  Then, I have pulled the charging handle back until it stops, and then gently tapped back on the charging handle with a plastic hammer, while continuing to pull back by hand.  You can gradually tap harder, usually it doesn't take much to free.

Thanks, I got the picture working now.  We did just that, we pulled back the charging handle, but the round is wedged in-between the charging handle and bolt face and everything is moving as one unit.

Makes me leery to try PMAGs after seeing numerous reports of double feeds.

That did the trick!   Thank you very much!   Truer wisdom was never spoken... "When all else fails, hit it harder."
