I'm an M!A man and am now a first time owner of an olympic arms AR-15 I installed a new six position adjustable butt which came with a new spring and plug. after installing, the action won't come forward all the way. I refered to my book but not much detailed information in there HELP! I'm willing to learn. |
trying to clarify, the bolt carrier won't fully seat? or? |
The rear tube is supposed to be screwed in enough to just block the detent from popping all the way out and then locked in place with the locking ring. The buffer is then held in place with the tip of the detent |

I have that set right, but now need to check to see what is catching the bolt carrier. Is this my next step? Sounds like I should have have someone show me how to do this first. The rifle is home and I'm at work will check over noon lunch and see what is going long will post after noon lunch to let know whay I found Thanks |
