With the original hand guards I have placed a picatinny rail underneath and know it seems to be loose and wobbly any suggestions? thanks |
Regular handguards are usually a bit loose anyway, and putting a rail and VFG makes it even more pronounced. You can try a couple of things. One, you can stretch a piece of inner tube around the assembled handguard at the front and back, or you can apply some tape on the ends of the hanguard halves, where they mount, to help bind them in the mounts. Either way, it will still not get as solid as ones made for, or with rails. Good luck.
