I'm not sure if this question belongs here or not, but here goes.
I took my Stag 1L to the range the other day to zero it.
I have a bunch of Army 25 meter zero targets from the last time my unit went to the range.
Using this target, I have had to crank the front sight way up. The rear sight is 2 clicks up from 6/3.
With my issue 20" M16, the front sight is actually about 2 clicks down.
I have never tried to zero a 16" carbine before, is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Barrel is 1/9 and ammo was American Eagle 55gr. FMJ BT. Same results with some other ammo though too. Comp. is an AK Concepts.
Thanks!

So my factory Stag rifle is wrong from the factory? I have an "F" FSB.

Could be that the detachable carry handle or add on rear sight is a bit tall, and the reason for the needed longer front sight post.

I called Stag today and the rep said that there was a batch of front sights installed on the uppers that were out of spec.
They are having me send in my upper for fixin'.

Wow Stag is awesome!
I sent out my upper about 10 days ago, and got a BRAND NEW upper today!
Zero is dead on too!
Thanks Stag!
