my upper and lower are a real tight fit. I have to drive the pins in and out with a hammer. It looks like there is a high spot on the lower causing this problem. Can I lightly file the high spot on the lower?
the holes them self are not tight, once I have it apart the pins fit real easy. Bushy lower RRA upper

Look at it like a new virgin winter bride,

After shooting the rifle, like after the honeymoon, the hole thing is going to loosen up.  In the mean time, a little lube goes a long way to get you desired effect.
