I just installed my JP trigger and will call them tommorrow. I the mean time I would appreciate any ideas you guys might have. While installing and fitting the disconnector I believe that the set screws backed out on me while tapping the pins in and out so many times. In doing so I believe I may have taken a little more metal off the disconnector. It seemed to catch while testing for fit but I just got back from test firing it and I got several 2 round burst. At first I thought it might be the gun recoiling enough to set the hammer off again but on one round as I was letting off the trigger I got a third shot. Is the disconnector ruined? Or do I still not have something adjusted correctly. I did loctite the set screws. Also can I use the disconnector that came with the gun or do I need to get a JP if this one is ruined? Thanks for any help!

I might also add that when the gun is unloaded I can dry fire and pull back the charging handle and let the bolt slam forward and the trigger will reset like everything is OK. I am stumpped.

Just as I had suspected in my original post. The screws had backed out and I filed the disconnector a hair too much. I ended up putting the original part back in and in one pass on the belt sander got it working perfect. If any of you attempt an install/ fitting yourself be aware of this.
