I have a new RRA lower.  Whenever I take the lower off and go to assemble the rifle again, the front pin just does not want to go into in. After much fumbling, it will eventually go into place. What causes it to finally go in, I do not know.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Comacho

Do you push the pivot (front) pin in first, hinge the upper and lower closed, and then push in the takedown (rear) pin in last?

Some fresh builds are a little tight until the pins have been worn in by being pushed in and out numerous times.

does the pin function well if the upper is off the lower?
