I have a Bushmaster 16" heavy barreled upper, fluted, free float handguard, and I can't get it to shoot worth a darn.  It's 1-9 twist.  I jut got back from shooting and couldn't get it to stay under around 3" at 50yds.I tried pmc match ammo, winchester white box, Black Hills 68 grn and it all wondered around 2-3".  I had a Leupold 4-12 on it, My aimpont, and even open sights.  I got the same group with all.  I was shooting from a bench set into the ground from a rest with sand bags.
I shot it with the aimpoint a few weeks ago and 3 shots touched at 30 yds from the hood of a truck.  I then sent it to Bushmaster because the gas block wasn't straight and no0t it doesn't seem to want to shoot.  Any Suggestions?

So it use to shoot fine before you sent it to Bushmaster?

Possibly the crown was damaged while it was at Bushmaster for repairs.  Take a good close look at it.    That would be my first guess.

Gas pulse problem, bolt pressuring too soon with the bullet still in the barrel.

Ever thought about just indexing the block back to the position is was in before you sent it off (partial blocked gas port, Hence cheap man's adjustable gas tube) and seeing if it resolves the problem?

Could you elaborate on that more please?
