Installed RRA M4 style handguards on a new built upper, however the pressure from the delta ring assembly is pushing them apart at the front. Tried an older set of carbine handguards and there was no problem, anybody have any fixes. I thought of shaving a little of their lenght, would this help. Thanks for any and all advice in advance.

All I can explain is when I exert a liitle backwards pressure on the delta ring, the handguards come together at the front perfectly. When I release the delta ring the handguards move apart at the front.
