Have extremely tight fit with front pivot pin and new lower. Trying to determine where the problem is. Does anyone know what the specs are for the pin and the holes in the lower?

When I try to go to the lower receiver blueprint manual it says it has been removed. Wonder if the recent overhaul had anything to do with that.

Is the fit tight with or without the upper?

Thanks for the link. Both lowers I have are .2475 and I think the print says .250 +-.002 which puts me right of edge of the spec. What I can't tell from the print is the specs for the pin itself. Oiled pins will not fit more than half way into the lower without an upper. Any ideas on how to open up the hole slightly or take the pins down? Been considering putting the pins in a drill and taking them down with emery cloth.

.251"+/- .001" last I checked. Hand ream the holes using a .25" drill bit. Most of the missing dimension is probably anodizing.
