I have a Viper forestock to contribute but need the wife to dig it out of storage for me so I can post a photo and be able to ship quickly once someone lays claim to it. I am not ducking contributing just it takes a while for me to grab the thing.

Apologies for the delay in posting.

I guess so ..... didn't realize that. I am building my 1st AR on a budget and trying to scoop up parts as I see things I need.
I may not have posted, but I hang out and read a lot.

you got it as soon as we dig it out. I should explain, I have ALS and am a quadriplegic so I am depending on wife to do things for me, on top of all the other crap she has to do now! Hence the warning about delays

I guess I’m in the same boat. I have a low post count but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been lurking (learning) in these threads. I’m building my first AR and found this thread very helpful in keeping cost low. I’ve gotten a few things from this thread and offered too. I think this thread is an awesome way to help others and I thank the OP for starting it.

As for post count, I don’t have much to offer in terms of comments because I’m new to this hobby. I could say things like “cool build” or “my wallet hates you” but that isn’t too productive and doesn’t add anything to threads. I (and other new folks) will add more and increase our post count when we have more to say or add.

I wasn’t trying to hate on people with low post count, was more wondering why the only two post where asking for stuff with no post offering up this thread is a great tool id Also like to thank the OP! Threads like this are so good because of rules!

Lots of spare parts, one of the FCGs needs a spring, a grip needs a washer. The gas block is .75". Trigger guards need pins.
I could use one of the endplates.
It's yours. PM me an address.
Arrived today. Thanks again.

It seems to be a drop in for a normal forestock. I would think that is a carbine length . . ,.

Sounds good. I think the thread rules call for the shipper to pay for shipping, but thanks for offering.

I will try to get it out tomorrow otherwise Monday.
