[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Mag Release Binding

I recently purchased a Stag LPK for a Stag Lower Receiver. Went to install the mag release when I went to function test, I noticed that it was binding either from the inside spring or the front of the mag release that is closest to the front of the receiver. Its almost like its not moving evenly as one unit. Installing this isn't very complicated but not sure this would be happening. Any thoughts?

I have tried turning it in one more time, and out. Nothing changes it.

Have you taken it out and reassembled?

Look for rubbing. Sand/file as needed to make it fit.

Ive reinstalled it a few times. Not sure if its an issue with rubbing. I'll take a better look but it seems as if its not moving evenly after comparing it to other completes that I have compared it to.

Did you put a little oil on the spring? I've found it helps.
