Hello All,
I just found this forum. I am putting together an AR-15 for the first time. I did a full take down of an M-16 A1 in the Marines, but that was more then a few years ago, and that was under the supervision of a Gunny, so I'm new to this. So far I have completed the lower receiver, and I just got the upper receiver assembly with a 16 inch barrel from Midway. Now I need the rear iron sight, buffer tube, spring and buffer, and stock. I would like mil-speck. I would appreciate any advice on what to get. Thanks in advance |

You can also use google to find parts. And then you can use youtube to see reviews of products you may want. . |
| Right to Bear has good deals on milspec buffer tubes/buffers/springs. Like $30 for the set. I like the B5 stock but any of the Magpul variety are popular as well. Just make sure to get milspec receiver extension and a milspec stock. Not commercial. BCM also has a buffer assembly for around $60 if you want to go with a higher tier brand that isnt that expensive. Check Primary Arms for that |
