I have a 11.5 Inch barrel with the welded flash hider making it the legal 16"
The buffer tube is a RRA LE short stock
Standard weight carbine buffer
Will it work well with the shorter barrel
Or should I order a Heavyweight buffer.

I would try what u have now and see if it works. If it doesn't then start changing parts out. Is the barrel pistol or carbine length gas?

I think u should be fine. Shoot a few mags through it and see what happens.

Standard springs and standard buffers generally work with anything.
The military is switching to heavier buffers.
I generally start at H2 and change it if I need to.
