| Nice. I love OD Green builds. Too bad every manufacturer's shade of OD is different from the next. I ran into the same problem on a Foliage Green build. MFT, BCM, Vltor, and Magpul were all slightly different shades. I didn't cry, though. It's just a gun, not a showpiece. |

Don't get me wrong I like it a lot. I just wish manufacturers could match their colors a little better. BTW-Primary Arms has Guntec Upper/Handguard sets on sale right now. Guntec Set Took no offense Brother, got that email today also, slightly deferent rail but a GREAT deal. First build lesson learned... you will always see it cheaper after you buy it. Agree on color, Guntec says... they are using Magpul OD. VT has been running a good deal also http://vtsupply.com/ar15-cerakoted-billet-upper-15-air-lite-keymod-combo-set-p-2060.html I'm pleased with the Guntec parts so far. |

Awesome man! I'm getting one of those Hogue overmolded stocks too soon. They look fantastic, how do you like it? How much play is there between the stock and buffer tube? Pretty much none, one reason I ordered the buffer and tube from Hogue.along with the stock. I would ask around it might fit that well on all tubes, don't know. |

I was going to order the package (I think it's like $120 right?) but then I figured out that the extended end plate I'm getting from Strike Industries only works with full-length thread buffer tubes, and Hogue's isn't one. So I'm going to try it with the PWS Enhanced buffer tube (the one without the fixed PD points) and see if that works. I got to imagine all these things are roughly the same size, right? |

I use QD endplates on my other AR's, decided to use one of the three QD points built in to the stock. |
