What size drill bit and taper pin reamer should I use for the FSB?
Where would I get them at a reasonable price?

#31 bit and 2/0 taper reamer.
I just did one, and will be doing another tomorrow, and I used a 1/8" cobalt bit as my # 31 has gone missing. Only .005" difference between a #31 and a 1/8"
