Anyone know where I can find an engraving fixture like this one?

You could likely modify a 80% jig for that purpose

I keep looking at them and can't seem to find one that will work. Who manufactures the best jig in this space, I only need them for engraving proposes and putting them on a CNC engraver

Make one? All you need is to drill a couple holes to align to the take down and pivot pin holes, and have a little block for it all to sit up on on the flat area to bolt through the safety hole.
