| A few months ago I bought what was advertised as a Silencerco Omega ASR flash hider. All went well at first and I received it quickly. However, the good part ended soon after. I attempted to mount the can on the flash hider and it just wouldn't go. It appears the threads didn't match up or something. I'm not sure but either way it wouldn't go on. The can did go on my friends mount. So I know it's not the can. I attempted to reach out to Rainier Arms several times via email and at first they responded quickly. They asked I send a picture of the flash hider to which I promptly did. They told me it should work and that was it. After I replied saying it didn't work, they quit responding. After several attempts to make contact with zero responses, I'm here to see if anyone has had the same problem with them and if it was ever rectified. |

Instead of asking us, have you tried asking their company forum?
https://www.ar15.com/forums/f_2/179_Rainier_Arms.html Always pays to go to the source instead the laymen when you are having issues with a company, next time you should look under the Industry section to see if they participate in this system. |

Two weeks ago I lost a taper pin for the front sight base on my Colt 604 clone.
Rainier Arms brick and mortar store is 1 mile from my work. I went in and said. "I need a couple front sight base, taper pins. The guy said. " hmmmm not sure we have any. Let me ask my Tech." Turns to the other guy behind the counter and ask him. He says. " Mmmmm, No... sorry we are all out of those." Really ??? Not one laying around their shop??? I knew they did not want to take the time to sell me $5.00 worth of parts. If Rainier Arms wont take the time to help me out when Im in a bind. Why should I even conceder them for my next build??? Well that's ok because I build my own $h!t! I don't need stuck up arrogant F's like them to help me out. Oh and I found the pin I lost. Ha !!! Just my experience. Perhaps its just me. |

Why is it the people with low post counts are always calling companies and employees of companies arrogant fucks?
We seem to have great access to the companies through this website, at least other than me complaining about shipping times from one vendor, everthing else has been smooth with no problems. |

I sometimes wonder if it is a competitor trying to give another company a bad name? |

Either uneducated that didn't try to find a resolution or to impatient to wait so they come here and post. I have had several times at work and a Cabela's guys looking for NV/IR scopes and I have pointed them to TNVC because they regularly post on here and give discounts to members here more than most vendors. I respect them for their contributions and when I have money to buy an IR scope I will buy it from them. They back their shit here and if you don't like it they make it right. That is how all companies should be run. I respect them so I push their products. |

I bought a rise armament lower receiver that was literally like 2oz misadvertised/misweighed by rise and subsequently Rainier. I politely asked for a refund and for them to pay for shipping back as well as the CA DROS/background check. Literally $90 + $250 + tax + shipping.
They didnt ask any questions. |

On the other side - I was given some ranger plates one time as a gift but all of my mags already had them. Rainier Arms took the 2 packages I had (which wasn't purchased through them) and gave me cash for it. Made me a happy customer. I don't build a ton of rifles, but I stop in there 2 or 3 times every time I build one. Always been happy. |

"We don't want to sell you a $5 part" But I'd be willing to bet if I took my barrel and FSB to them they'd be more than happy To charge me $75.00 for their service and supplied taper pins. When your a machine type shop you don't order two pins at a time. You order 100, 500 or 1000 at a time. |
