Did my first build a couple weeks ago http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_4/701590_First_build__378.html

It has functioned fine for the first 40 or so rounds. now, it has started to not reset after a shot. unless I cycle the safety on then back off. So bang, no fire, flip safety on then back off-bang

anyone had this problem?
If you didnt read the build thread it is a bushmaster lower with an Anderson LPK and a Hardened Arms Upper.

How well did you lube your fire control group?  Also double check that you have not had a spring slip on the FCG.

Take the upper off and hand cycle the hammer and trigger to see what might be hanging up. Don't let the hammer hit the front of the FCG pocket with the upper off or you could crack the front wall of the well.

Trigger spring inserted upside down?  Common thing.

Trigger spring is correct, and it is well lubed. Could only get it to malfunction once with the upper off,
