The shooter, if you don't know how to pull and breath properly, you will never be happy with your shooting, you need to make sure you are in control of your breath, then don't jerk the trigger!

I'm fairly certain his question asked about accuracy in regards to building, not shooting.

If you are just referring to building only and not parts, I would have to say barrel installation.

If you are referring to parts, I would say in this order barrel, trigger and maybe the upper.  If you are after accuracy, don't use a cheap upper that may be out of spec.  Obviously a good optic and optic mount as well.

Personally Id say...the most critical part of the assembly is the uniform flatness / perpendicular face of the upper receiver that meets the barrel adapter. If there isn't great contact here, things flex and you may not get consistent shots. Facing that can improve accuracy if the upper receiver is off

You can buy the best parts in the world, but if you don't have the technique, then you ain't got shit.  I saw it to many times on the range, while in the service.

Shooter, barrel, trigger. Probably in that order.
