I am working on an sbr build, and it looks like my current setup will be about 3/16 shy of the length i am going for
current lower setup is a standard colt buffer tube with a rogers super stoc, which is longer than a standard waffle stock. does anyone happen to have an moe stock with extended buttpad? could you measure the full extended length from the back of the buttpad to the front of the buffer tube? does anyone have suggestions for a longer collapseable stock? could i drop in a vltor a5 and use the current spring/buffer combo that i am currently using? thanks |

This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but Limbsaver makes a soft add-on buttpad for the MOE buttstock that adds a good 3/8" to the thickness (minus the factory buttpad thickness), I added one to the wife's rifle recently (she's recoil-shy). It'd be an easy fix for you.
