I had a co worker come to me and ask me what I thought about building him a 6.5 grendel. I talked with him about his plans for the rifle and he started ordering all the parts and picked up his lower. So all I really had to do was advice and put the finished product together while teaching him why / what I was doing. By far the easiest rifle I've ever done (just because I did not have to pick out all the parts lol)
I'll try to remember the parts the best I can. Upper is a Gibbz, super nice stuff. Thanks for letting me know it was a Gibbz. The fit and finish of it was spot on, I'm thinking about picking one up to swap out on my SPR. |

Upper is a Gibbz, super nice stuff. Thanks for letting me know it was a Gibbz. The fit and finish of it was spot on, I'm thinking about picking one up to swap out on my SPR. Gibbz makes a lower too that obviously matches up perfectly with the upper, it's a nice combination. The only minor thing that bothers me about the upper is the lack of dust cover. |
