Not sure I understand what this is all about. It's not like a UBR is a lightweight stock to begin with.
On the contrary, it's already a brick and adding an additional 1 pound to it makes it flat out heavy. What are we trying to accomplish here ? Not many rifles that are that nose heavy. UBR Weight |
| All I know is when I'm at the range and people want to feel my rifle, everyone says it's light when it's like 8 lbs. However it is literally almost perfectly balanced in the front and back so it feels light because the weight is evenly distributed. I feel like the UBR is for the front heavy rifles. |

I think it's a product for High Power or a similar shooting discipline, seeing as it is WOA. Those guys add weights to everything, and like to run their rifles at the same weight as PRS shooters. Not meant for tactical use. FPNI - Serves the same purpose as THIS.

| The UBR and PRS stocks are heavy. Don't get me wrong, they are nice stocks. I use them on my precision rifles, but would probably not put them on my carbine. Having said that, each rifle is particular to the owner and if it is something that works for them then more power to them. |
