Been lurking on here for awhile now and found a lot of great information. Figured it was time to try my hand at building one myself so I started on this rifle for my girlfriend. This is what I have so far. Lower is Aero Precision, CMMG LPK, ALG ACT trigger, & Ergo grip. Going with a minimalist stock from Mission First. Red parts are Strike Industries. Have a red anodized buffer tube coming from them too.
The upper, BCG, stock, tube, ect should be here in a couple of days so I can finish it out. Ordered the upper from PSA...16" stainless barrel in .223 wylde with a 15" Mlock HG. Bolt carrier group is nickel boron coated from AIM. Surprised at how well this trigger feels being that it was so inexpensive. Cant wait to get her done and out to the range. I'll post some more pics up when it's completed..

Very nice, definitely post pics once you get it all together. I am interested to see it together with the strike industries red parts - cool to see something different.
