Thinking about buying a set of these for my delton mil-spec carbine. Does anyone have any negative experience with them?

And secondly I'm never going to sell the rifle (its my first AR) so, should i just cut the FSB/Delta ring or buy a low pro block and do it "right"?

Nope love mine.  Probably going to be putting one on my 308AR I'm building.  I prefer the original non-keymod version, but that's because I'm not invested into either Keymod or M-LOK yet.

As for the FSB...that's your call.  I personally like having a pinned FSB, so I just buy rails that work around them.  If you don't like it then you can cut it down or you can get a low-pro gas block.  I'm cheap so the few builds I've done for myself that I covered the FSB I just cut them down.  Friends guns I've worked on I've built them that way if they want to save some money, or with low-pro blocks if they want to spend more. If it's non-adjustable and you're not chasing grams/oz for a lightweight build I don't really see the point to paying for a low-pro block unless you're building off of a stripped barrel

Love my Samson. You are not limited to attaching rail sections at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. I like my lights mounted at about 11. The EVO makes that possible. Also it uses standard barrel nut. Which can be a plus depending on your situation.

I love mine.  They also have components that will attach directly, without needing a rail.

I have the Rainier Arms edition. Basically the same thing, and it's great!

I love those Gen1 Rainier Evos...
The newer w/Keymod I think are kinda ugly...

Still lighter than my Rainier quad rail.... Its been years ago, but if I remember correctly its 15 oz's (11")

Rainier Arms version as well. I can't think of a bad thing to say about it. Did a couple hundred rounds today in fact and still as good as when I first installed it.

Have one on my 9mm build and put one on my brother's 18" 5.56 build  Solid rails.  I like them better than my DD quad, but mainly because I've found that I really don't like quads.

15" I bought used from a Stag 3gun upper. Pic is of a 20" 6.5Grendel. Now with a different scope setup.

Edited to add:  Same Samson rail except keymod that Ruger uses on their Precision Rifle so it can't be that suck

I have the Rainier Keymod version and I like it a lot. It's not the lightest rail available, nor the slimmest, but it does have a good feel and I like the flats.

The only issue I have with it now is the fact that it's not >1.5" ID but I knew that going in.

I have 3. 1 on my 3 gun rifle, 1 on my wife's SPR, 1 on my SBR. Only issue so far is on my SBR, they transfer a lot of heat so it gets hot. I was having problems holding my SBR at 3 gun matches in August and Sept when I did not have a lot of down time between stages. Haven't cracked the nut on how to deal with the heat transfer yet.......thinking of partially wrapping the hand guard with 550 cord or putting a suppressor sleeve over it.
