Anyone try them? Just received my large frame 80% lower, with upper and jig. I don't have a mill, but hopefully I can find a friend with one or buy my own later. The receiver looks like the SR25 series (less ambi controls). Finish on the upper is great. Lower has been blasted pretty rough, which would be great for Cerakote or anodizing. The pivot pin area on the upper does not fit the area for the lower. However the difference is minimal and a light pass of a mill or a steady hand with a file should fix the problem. I can't comment on the fitment on the upper for upper parts. I never got around to buying a .308 BCG and charging handle. I've had problems with other large frame uppers from small company's before where the specs fell a little tight. |
