I have installed the Adams Arms mid-length gas piston system that comes with a dedicated bolt carrier. It does away with the gas rings and uses a spring on the rear of the bolt. My question is: Is the BCG supposed to pop out a little when the upper is pivoted open? This is my first build and it's finished (hopefully) so I'm just checking the little things before going to the range this weekend. Thank you. |

This has already been answered correctly, but yes, this is to be expected due to the spring on the rear of the Bolt.
