| Has anyone had any experience with Mega Barrels? I am thinking of their 16" Gov profile SS barrel. They guarantee 1/2 MOA with match ammo. Is that what your getting? How is the longevity? |
| I have a 18" in 308 and it shoots the guaranteed sub MOA groups. But you need to check your info because I don't know any rifle manufacturers that have a 1/2 inch guarantee that is not a bolt action north of $3k, more or less a $300 stand alone barrel that can guarantee 1/2 MOA. It is probably more like a Sub MOA guarantee. The barrel is a good value at it's price point. |

Mega offers good barrels. They will shoot sub moa with factory match ammo and handloads. Although, so will many other manufacturers barrels at the same price point.
If you would consider a factory built rifle with an accuracy guarantee, Rock River Arms has several models with a 3/4 moa. |
