I had been accumulating parts over the last few years and finally bought the tools to put a lower together.  I was nervous at first but it was so easy a caveman can do it.  I used the knipex plier method for the roll pins.  Here are the parts i used;
Arfcom lower
lmt lpk
colt a2 grip
kac trigger guard
kak tube
spikes t2 buffer
spike spring
sig brace
cqd end plate
lmt 10.5 upper
kac ris hand guards
lmt rear sight
bfg sling

Everything was bought on the EE over the last 5 years
