So,

I've narrowed down the barrel choices for my budget carbine built between the Radical Firearms 16" 1/7 Socom contour or the MAS Defense barrel that is also 16" and 1/7 Socom contour with Nitride finish.  Are both of these decent companies? Or is one notoriously better than another? Thanks,

Green Mountain has some nice barrels, (picking up 2 tomorrow) and a 16" 1:9 on sale for a bill. I've seen nothing but positive reviews on their stuff.
